# Sending blir ikke registrert i Consignor

## Sendinger som ikke blir registrert i Consignor havner som regel i Autoprint-feilboksen til Consignor og Consignor lager en oppføring om hvorfor i feil-loggen

BxLogistics sender frakt-informasjon til Consignor OnPremises via filer. Det å lage selve feilene fungerer som regel fint, men dersom ordren mangler f.eks postnummer, er tyngre enn transporttøren godkjenner eller har andre feil så vil ikke Consignor godkjenne sendingen og dermed ikke skrive ut etiketter automatisk.

Dersom du har en ny installasjon eller en ny transportør, så kan det også skyldes feil eller mangler i oppsettet på den aktuelle transportøren, men kontrollpunktene er uansett de samme.

 

1. Se om sendingen ligger klar i Consignor i "Autoprint feil" boksen.  
   Ligger sendingene her så kan de enkelt åpnes og så forsøke å skrive ut, da ser man som regel hvorfor sendingen ble stoppet i utgangspunktet.
2. Se i Consignors feil-logg.  
   Trykk på "Log" og se om beskrivelsen forklarer hvorfor filene ikke ble akseptert. Her kommer både tekniske og ikke tekniske feilmeldinger, som f.eks. at ordren mangler postnummer.

 

Dersom man ikke finner spor etter sendingen i Consignor så kan det være at Consignors lese-jobb har stoppet opp, eller at det er feil i oppsettet i BxLogistics. Det første steget blir da å se etter kommunikasjonsfilene, det krever tilgang til serveren og utføres som regel av Consignor, vår forhandler eller BxSoftware.
