# Raw print failed with error code: 1801
## Utskrift av fraktetiketter eller andre etiketter feiler med 1801 feilmelding
Ved forskjellige oppsett hvor vi benytter ZPL/EPL etc. printerspråk for utskrifter, vanligvis i forbindelse med integrasjon mot Unifaun eller Consignor Shipment Server, kan man oppleve å få en 1801 feilmelding når vi forsøker å printe fraktetiketten. Feilmeldingen vil se ca. slik ut i BxAdmin.
Dette er en generell feilmelding i Windows - kan komme av flere ting. I Bx tilfeller kan det være enten fordi printkø-navnet vi prøver å printe til definert i oppsettet ikke eksisterer på Bx serveren, eller at printproxy oppsettet mangler dersom BxEngine og BxSmartPrintPro tjenestene er installert på hver sin server/maskin, f.eks. fordi printere ikke er mulig å tilgjengeliggjøre på BxEngine server, derav må BxSmartPrintPro tjeneste fungere som en printproxy på en maskin lokalt hos kunden.
I de fleste tilfellene kommer det mest sannsynlig av at printproxy oppsettet ikke er konfigurert opp i BxAdmin.
Her må man i så fall fylle ut proxy under Configuration -\> Client Profiles -\> Area: consignor - **printproxy** og **printproxylicensekey** - henholdsvis firmakoden og lisensnøkkelen for BxSmartPrintPro skal fylles ut i disse to feltene.
Om BxLogistics er integrert mot Visma.net må man også inntil videre legge inn printproxy parameteret under Export to ERP -\> pickinglist create -\> Export config - printproxy. Endre gjerne til false og la printer feltet være tomt dersom det ikke skal printes pakksedler når man fullfører et plukk. Skal man ha pakksedler fyller man bare ut printerkø navn for slike utskrifter og lar den stå som true. Printproxy må uansett fylles ut her da Export inntil videre overstyrer alt annet proxy oppsett i Client Profile (07.07.2021).
