# Stock Transfer
## User Guide for the Stock Transfer Module with location move
When you want to move goods and locations from one warehouse to another, you can use "Stock Transfer" in BxMobile. This functionality is available by default for most ERP's. The guide covers the standard stock transfer for Visma.net, with validation for warehouses and locations.
1. Open the module named "Stock Transfer". You will see **Warehouse number** and **Warehouse name**. Here, you can select the warehouse from which the transfer is taking place and the warehouse to which the transfer is made. To select a warehouse, click on the three dots to the right of the field to bring up a list of valid warehouses from your ERP. If you only need to move the location within the same warehouse, simply keep the "From" and "To" warehouse the same. Then click **Continue** to move to the next step.
 
2. Here, you can search for the product you want to transfer. Enter the quantity to be transferred, and select the **From** and **To** locations. You can select a location by clicking the three dots to the right of the field. A list of available locations will appear for you to choose from. Click/search for the desired location to select it.
If barcode rules are set up for BxMobile and the locations are labeled with a barcode/QR code, you can scan this code to enter the location directly after adding an item line, skipping the step of selecting the location manually.
 
3. Once all the products you wish to transfer are added, you can click **Send** and **Yes** on the confirmation. Once the transfer is complete, you will receive a stock transfer ID back from the ERP system. In Visma.net, you will find this under **Warehouse → Transfers**.
