[Teknisk Dokumentasjon](https://kb.bxsoftware.no/hjelp/teknisk-dokumentasjon?hsLang=no-no) # Starte BxEngine og BxSmartPrintPro tjenestene ## Dersom BxEngine og/eller BxSmartPrintPro tjenestene ikke responderer (404 feilmelding) trenger de antagelig en start eller restart I blant kan det hende at BxEngine og/eller BxSmartPrintPro tjenesten av uvisse grunner har stoppet opp. I noen tilfeller kan det komme av at tjenestene ikke klarte å starte etter PC eller server har gjennomført en restart som følge av f.eks. en Windows oppdatering, eller lager-pc som daglig slås av og på.  Når BxEngine og/eller BxSmartPrintPro tjenesten ikke responderer får man som regel en 404 feilmelding i BxWebManager, eller "No such host/host not responding" i BxMobile. Dette kan enkelt løses ved å start/restarte BxEngine/BxSmartPrintProService i Windows tjenester/services. For å åpne Windows Tjenester kan man søke på Services (eller på norsk, tjenester) i Windows menyen. Trykk på Services med tannhjulet for å åpne.  I noen tilfeller kan det hende at man må ha administrator-tilgang for å åpne dette. Dersom det er nødvendig, kontakt din IT avdeling.  ![](https://kb.bxsoftware.no/hubfs/image-png-Mar-09-2022-10-29-46-65-AM.png) I Services finner man så BxEngine, eller BxSmartPrintProService. I noen tilfeller kan disse ligge på hver sin pc/server, avhengig av hvilken tjeneste som må startes kan det være man må logge på korrekt pc/server for korrekt tjeneste. Trykk på tjenesten som trenger en start/restart, deretter Start/Restart.
