# Legge til signaturer og bilder som vedlegg i Visma Business
## Det er mulig å legge bilder og signaturer tatt via terminal som et vedlegg i Visma Business knyttet mot en ordre
Med BxLogistics Pro kan bilder og signaturer fra en terminal legges ved en ordre i Visma Business. Oppsettet krever en rapporteksportør, en template ved behov og eksportkonfigurasjon.

### **1. Slik fungerer signaturvedlegg**
Innstillingen SendSignatureToErp leses fra rapportkonfigurasjonen for rutinene pickinglist/report og delivery/report. Signaturvedlegget kan derfor opprettes når en plukkliste eller levering behandles.
| Felt | Forklaring |
| --- | --- |
| SendSignatureToErp | Tom verdi eller false slår av funksjonen. true bruker signaturen som vedlegg. En annen verdi behandles som navnet på en template som brukes til å lage en PDF. |
Standardmapper for signatur- og bildefiler er C:\\ProgramData\\BxSoftware\\BxEngine\\Data\\signatures\\{companyName} og C:\\ProgramData\\BxSoftware\\BxEngine\\Data\\images\\{companyName}.
PDF-en lagres i mappen som er angitt i **SignatureReportLocation**. Ordrevedlegget opprettes med den fullstendige filbanen som **Order.AddAttachment.FileName**, slik at Visma Business viser en kobling til filen. Hvis **SignatureReportLocation** ikke er satt, opprettes det ikke noe ordrevedlegg. Mappen må være tilgjengelig for Visma Business-brukerne, for eksempel som en UNC-delt mappe; en mappe som bare finnes lokalt på BxEngine-serveren, er ikke nok. Filen blir liggende på denne plasseringen og lastes ikke opp til Visma Business.
### **2. Opprett eksportør**
Opprett eksportøren under **Export to ERP** i BxAdmin med Export type **VBS**, routine **signaturereport** og action **create**. Eksportøren brukes til å opprette PDF-en som legges ved ordren.
Oppsettet kan legges inn under **Export to ERP → ERP Exports**. Hvis det finnes flere companies i BxAdmin, bruk riktig company-ID for oppsettet.

Eksportøren trenger ikke Field Mappings. Den trenger Export Config for filplassering og filnavn.
### **3. Konfigurer eksport**
Gå til eksportørens **Export to ERP → Export Config** i BxAdmin.
| Felt | Forklaring |
| --- | --- |
| SignatureReportLocation | Påkrevd mappe for PDF-filen. Mappen opprettes hvis den ikke finnes. |
| SignatureReportFileName | Filnavn som kan bruke plassholdere. Standard filnavn er ordrenummeret. Bx legger til \_yyyyMMddHHmmss.pdf. |
Vedleggets beskrivelse settes til Signature\_ etterfulgt av tidsstempelet.
### **4. Bruk template**
Når SendSignatureToErp har en verdi som ikke er true eller false, brukes verdien som template-navn. Templaten rendres til PDF før eksportøren legger filen ved ordren.
