Overview of Custom SQL queries

Here is an overview of various custom queries that work within SQL integration

To add a custom query in BxAdmin and link it to different functions in BxMobile, you can click Add Custom Query in BxAdmin. Valid queries include (there are more, but these are the most commonly used):

Batches Used to validate batches. This is now available as a standard feature.
DeliveryMethods Used for delivery methods, in connection with Consignor integration. This is now available as a standard feature.
Divisions Relates to the Divisions/Departments function under sales orders, for adding a department to an order.
Locations Used for validating locations, particularly when changing a location to another fixed location. This is now available as a standard feature.
StockCountBatches Used to count and validate batches. This is now available as a standard feature.
Warehouses Used for validating warehouse numbers, especially when transferring inventory from one warehouse to another. This is now available as a standard feature.

Go to SQL Integration → Add Custom Query → Enter the name of the custom query → OK

You will now see an additional tab at the end of the query overview. Before adjusting the query, make sure that it points to the correct database if there are more databases linked to BxAdmin. After associating the database, click Save to save the custom query. Then, enter the desired query and click Save again.
