The BxAdmin log is empty or blank
Empty log in BxAdmin
If the log in BxAdmin is empty or blank - meaning it is completely missing - there is a couple of different things you can try, or that you need to be aware of.
Try restarting the BxEngine service a couple of times after the installation.
If that does not work, it may be because the password for the SQL user to the BxEngine user contains special characters. As of today (21.05.2021), we are unable to resolve this matter, as we are dependent on the publisher of the NLog platform to release a fix. To work around this issue, the password for the BxEngine SQL user should not contain any of the special characters listed below.
